à la carte

À LA CARTE WEDDING FLOWERS

Flower Rill’s à la carte collection is designed for couples who want beautifully designed wedding flowers with a simpler, more streamlined planning process.

You’ll choose the floral pieces you need from our curated menu, then share the details that help us understand your wedding: your color palette, overall style, inspiration, favorite details, and anything you would prefer us to avoid.

You are absolutely part of the design process.

What you do not need to do is figure out every flower variety, build your own recipe, or know exactly how everything should come together. That is where Flower Rill’s design expertise comes in.

We use your preferences as the creative direction, then select the flowers and materials that best support the look you want while considering seasonality, availability, quality, color, movement, texture, and proportion.

If there are flowers you love, tell us. If there are flowers or colors you dislike, tell us that too. Inspiration photographs and mood boards are welcome and help us understand what you are responding to visually. We simply do not copy another florist’s work or promise an exact flower-for-flower recreation.

The result is a floral collection that reflects your wedding while still giving Flower Rill the flexibility to create the strongest finished design.

Our curated à la carte menu includes personal flowers, centerpieces, and select ceremony and reception pieces. It is ideal for weddings that do not require extensive on-site floral installation or full-service event production. Floret Al la carte

À la carte flowers may be picked up, or delivery can be quoted separately. Delivery does not include setup.

If you are unsure what you need, that is completely fine. You do not have to arrive with a finished floral plan. Start with what you know—your colors, your venue, a few photographs, or simply the pieces you think you may need—and we can go from there.

After your inquiry, you'll receive our complete Wedding Guide, including our full à la carte menu, pricing, ordering process, and everything you need to plan your flowers with confidence.

Frequently Asked Questions

À La Carte, Explained

What can I order from the à la carte collection?

Our curated à la carte menu includes bridal and wedding-party bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, flower crowns and hair flowers, centerpieces, statement and focal arrangements, floral chair details, cake flowers, and select ceremony and reception pieces.

The complete current menu and pricing are provided when you request our À La Carte Wedding Menu.

Do I get a say in how my flowers look?

Absolutely. Your preferences are an important part of the design process. You'll share your color palette, overall style, inspiration, and anything you especially love—or definitely do not want.

Flower Rill uses that direction to create a floral collection that feels personal to your wedding while bringing professional design expertise to the final composition.

Do I need to know which flowers I want?

Not at all. You do not need to know flower names or arrive with a finished floral recipe.

If you have favorite flowers, we would love to know about them, but a color palette, a few images, or simply an idea of how you want your flowers to feel is plenty to begin.

Can I send a Pinterest board or inspiration photos?

Yes. Pinterest boards, saved photographs, fashion references, venue images, and other visual inspiration are all welcome.

We use them to understand what you are responding to—whether that is color, movement, shape, scale, texture, or overall feeling. Inspiration guides the direction without turning your wedding into a copy of someone else's.

Can I request specific flowers?

Yes. Tell us if there are flowers you love, flowers that are meaningful to you, or varieties you would prefer to avoid.

Because flowers are seasonal and availability and quality can change, specific varieties cannot always be guaranteed. When needed, Flower Rill will select alternatives that preserve the overall color and design direction.

Is à la carte only for small or intimate weddings?

No. À la carte is determined more by the scope of your floral needs than by your guest count.

It can work beautifully for a larger wedding that needs bouquets, personal flowers, centerpieces, and select ceremony or reception pieces but does not require extensive on-site setup or floral installations.

What is the difference between à la carte and full-service floral design?

À la carte offers a curated menu and a streamlined design process. You select the floral pieces you need, share your preferences, and Flower Rill creates the finished designs.

Full service is intended for weddings requiring a more extensive level of custom design, planning, venue coordination, delivery, professional setup, installations, and on-site floral production.

The difference is the scope of service—not the level of care given to the flowers.

Can my à la carte flowers be delivered?

Yes. Pickup is available, and delivery may be added for an additional fee based on your wedding location and logistics. Delivery is quoted individually.

Does Flower Rill set up à la carte flowers at the venue?

No. À la carte delivery does not include setup, styling, or installation. On-site setup and floral installation are part of Flower Rill's full-service wedding floral design.

When should I book my à la carte wedding flowers?

As early as you can. We recommend booking at least 30 days before your wedding, but earlier is always better.

Flower Rill intentionally accepts a limited number of weddings so each event receives the time and attention the design requires. We accept one full-service wedding and one à la carte wedding per weekend, so popular dates can become unavailable well in advance.

If you know you want Flower Rill, reaching out early gives you the best opportunity to reserve your weekend.

What is required to reserve my à la carte wedding date?

A 10% retainer based on your approved quote is required to reserve your wedding date.

What if I'm not sure whether à la carte or full service is right for me?

You do not need to decide before contacting us.

Tell us what you are planning, the flowers you think you may need, and how involved you would like Flower Rill to be on the wedding day. We can help you determine which service is the better fit.

Do I need to have my entire wedding planned before I inquire?

No. There is never a bad time to start the conversation.

You may still be choosing a venue, deciding on a date, refining your colors, or figuring out what floral pieces you actually need. You do not need to have everything finalized before reaching out. Start with what you know, and we can go from there.

Do you offer DIY flower buckets?

No. Flower Rill does not offer DIY flower buckets. All à la carte flowers are professionally designed and finished by Flower Rill.

Ready When You Are

You do not need every detail figured out.

If you are considering Flower Rill for your wedding, reach out when you are ready to begin the conversation. We can help you determine whether à la carte or full-service floral design is the right fit.

Full-Service Weddings

Our full-service wedding experience is for couples who believe flowers help define the atmosphere of a wedding—

Full-Service Wedding Floral Design

Your wedding flowers can begin with almost anything.

A color you can't stop thinking about. The shape of your dress. An old photograph. Your venue's architecture. A flower your grandmother grew. A painting, a fabric, a table setting, a season, or a collection of images you've been saving for years.

Full-service floral design gives us the time and creative freedom to take those details seriously.

You are part of the process from the beginning. We'll talk about what you love, what you don't, the flowers and colors you're drawn to, your venue, fashion, atmosphere, priorities, and the moments you want to feel especially beautiful. You can arrive with a fully developed point of view or with a handful of ideas that don't seem connected yet. Both are enough to begin.

From there, Flower Rill develops the floral design with you—considering not only which flowers belong in the wedding, but how they should interact with the space around you.

Flowers can completely change the experience of a room. They can create intimacy, soften architecture, draw attention toward a ceremony, bring movement to a tablescape, transform an entrance, connect separate spaces, or create one extraordinary focal moment without filling every surface with flowers.

The goal isn't simply to place arrangements throughout your venue. It is to understand where flowers will mean the most to you and where they can make the greatest visual impact.

Your floral direction may include bouquets and personal flowers, ceremony and aisle designs, floral arches and structures, reception flowers, centerpieces, statement arrangements, elevated designs, floral installations, suspended work, and other floral elements developed specifically for your celebration.

Flower Rill's work is rooted in asymmetry, sculptural composition, expressive movement, sophisticated color, and botanical materials chosen for their character. Your preferences shape that work. If there is a flower you love, tell us. If there is something you never want to see at your wedding, tell us that too. Inspiration photographs and Pinterest boards are welcome—not because your wedding should look like someone else's, but because they can reveal what you are responding to in color, proportion, texture, movement and atmosphere.

And for some weddings, the design process can begin months before the flowers are cut.

Flower Rill cultivates select specialty flowers and botanical materials that can become part of our wedding work when the season, timing and design align. This gives us another way to pursue unusual color, movement, form and varieties chosen because they contribute something special to your wedding. We also source exceptional flowers from trusted growers and suppliers whenever they are the right material for the design.

Nothing is used simply because it is considered a traditional “wedding flower.” What matters is what it contributes to your celebration.

As the wedding approaches, Flower Rill handles the production behind the design—from floral sourcing and cultivation to mechanics, vessels, preparation, transportation, professional setup and installation. You remain connected to the creative direction while we take responsibility for making the floral design work beautifully in the actual space.

From the bouquet in your hands to the room where you celebrate afterward, the flowers are considered as parts of the same wedding rather than a collection of separate arrangements.

Full-service weddings are intentionally limited so that each celebration has the time and production attention it requires. Flower Rill accepts one full-service wedding per weekend.

You do not need to wait until every decision has been made before reaching out. If you know your venue, wonderful. If you're still choosing one, that's okay too. If you've had a Pinterest board for three years, send it. If all you know is how you want the wedding to feel, start there.

Your wedding doesn't need to be fully designed before you hire a floral designer.

That's part of what we're here for.

Frequently Asked Questions

Full Service, Explained

How involved are we in the floral design?

Very. Your wedding should still feel like yours.

You are encouraged to share your colors, favorite flowers, dislikes, inspiration, fashion, venue details, photographs, Pinterest boards, and anything else that helps us understand what you are drawn to.

Flower Rill uses that direction to develop the floral design with you. You do not need to know flower names, understand floral mechanics, or determine exactly how every arrangement should be constructed. You remain involved in the creative direction while Flower Rill handles the professional design and production decisions required to make it work.

Do we need to know exactly what we want before contacting you?

No. Some couples come to Flower Rill with a very clear visual direction. Others know their venue and a few things they love but are still figuring out what the flowers should look like.

Both are completely normal. You can begin with whatever you know. Part of full-service floral design is developing those ideas as the rest of your wedding takes shape.

Can we request specific flowers?

Yes. If there are flowers you love, flowers that carry personal meaning, or flowers you absolutely do not want, tell us.

Specific varieties are subject to seasonality, availability, and quality. If a particular flower is unavailable, Flower Rill selects an alternative that supports the intended color, shape, movement, and overall design.

Do you cultivate flowers for your weddings?

Yes. Flower Rill cultivates select specialty flowers and botanical materials that may become part of a full-service wedding when the season, timing, and design align.

This gives us another source for unusual varieties, colors, foliage, vines, textures, forms, and botanical details that can contribute something distinctive to the finished wedding.

We also professionally source exceptional flowers and botanical materials whenever they are the strongest choice for the design. The goal is not to use only what we cultivate, but to give your wedding a broader botanical palette.

How is the floral design developed around our venue?

Your venue is part of the design.

We may consider its architecture, ceremony location, room proportions, entrances, tables, reception layout, lighting, sightlines, and existing surroundings when developing the floral plan.

This helps determine where flowers can make the greatest impact, where scale is appropriate, and where a quieter floral moment may be the stronger choice. Venue visits may be incorporated when appropriate for the location and scope of the wedding.

What can full-service wedding floral design include?

Full service can include bouquets and personal flowers, boutonnieres and corsages, ceremony flowers, aisle designs, floral arches and structures, grounded installations, statement arrangements, wedding centerpieces, head-table and sweetheart-table flowers, cocktail and bar florals, elevated designs, suspended installations, large-scale floral work, vessels, and other custom floral elements developed specifically for the wedding.

The floral plan is created around the individual celebration rather than selected from a predetermined package.

Does Flower Rill handle delivery, setup, and installation?

Yes. Professional delivery, setup, and installation are part of full-service floral design.

Flower Rill handles the floral transportation, placement, and installation included in your project so you, your family, and your wedding party are not responsible for setting up the flowers yourselves.

Can ceremony flowers be moved to the reception?

Sometimes. Repurposing can be planned when the design, mechanics, timing, and venue logistics make it practical.

Some floral pieces can transition beautifully from one part of the wedding to another. Other installations are constructed specifically for their original location and should not be moved.

When repurposing makes sense, we plan it intentionally rather than treating it as a last-minute wedding-day decision.

Do you provide vessels and floral rentals?

Yes. Rental vessels and floral containers can be incorporated into full-service wedding designs as needed.

Any Flower Rill rental pieces required for the design are identified as part of the proposal so you know what is being provided and what will need to be retrieved after the wedding.

Do you handle teardown after the wedding?

When the wedding requires it.

Some projects require Flower Rill to return for rental retrieval, installation breakdown, or floral removal. Others do not.

If teardown or retrieval is necessary for your wedding, it is planned in advance and included in your proposal.

How many full-service weddings does Flower Rill accept?

Flower Rill accepts one full-service wedding per weekend.

This allows the production schedule, preparation, and installation requirements for that weekend to be centered around one full-service celebration.

Because only one full-service wedding is accepted per weekend, couples who know they want Flower Rill are encouraged to inquire early.

When should we book our full-service wedding flowers?

As early as possible.

Flower Rill can accept full-service weddings up to two years in advance, and early booking provides the greatest date availability and more time for design development, specialty cultivation, and larger-scale production.

Approximately 90 days before the wedding is generally the practical minimum for a new full-service project and remains subject to availability, scope, sourcing, and production requirements.

Do we need our venue booked before contacting Flower Rill?

No. You are welcome to reach out while your wedding is still developing.

If you already have a venue, it gives us useful context. If you are still considering venues, you do not have to wait until every decision is complete before beginning the conversation.

What makes full service different from à la carte?

À la carte is designed for a more contained floral scope using Flower Rill's curated menu and does not include professional on-site setup or installation.

Full service provides a completely custom floral plan with greater design development, production, delivery, professional setup, and installation.

The difference is the scope of the service and the level of production, not the quality of the floral design.

What is the starting investment for full-service wedding flowers?

Full-service wedding floral design begins at $4,500.

The final investment is based on the floral scope, scale of the designs, botanical materials, installations, rentals, labor, transportation, and production requirements of the individual wedding.

What reserves our wedding date?

For most full-service weddings, a signed agreement and $500 nonrefundable retainer reserve the wedding date.

For projects exceeding $15,000, the nonrefundable retainer is 10% of the contracted floral investment.

The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding.
